Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or order errors made by the customer. We strongly encourage you to review sizing guides, product descriptions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for:

  • Delayed delivery caused by the carrier
  • Packages lost or damaged after being accepted by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing (porch theft, incorrect delivery location, etc.)

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout if available.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We stand behind the quality of our products. A full refund will be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • You received an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing or packaging error on our end
  • You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color from what was ordered)
  • Your order was never handed to the carrier and cannot be fulfilled

How to Request a Refund

If your situation qualifies under the above, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at scardstudios@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We will review your request. If approved you will receive an email and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We Do Not Cover

  • Sizing or fit issues (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Carrier delays, losses, or damages once the package has been dispatched
  • Stolen packages after carrier confirms delivery
  • Returns or exchanges for any reason not listed above
